FIT- is a high intensity, full body workout every time, with emphasis on mostly compound movements, as opposed to isolation.
FLOW- helps you build balance, flexibility and strength by combining yoga and pilates inspired movements. We do some traditional static poses, but also add movement to the poses while mixing in cardio to get your heart pumping and calories burning.
RIDE- a high intensity 45-minute cruise on stationary bikes, this class will leave you sweating!
TONE- a full body toning class which utilizes resistance bands and TRX bands to get your body sweating and your muscles lean and toned.
TRAIN- our trademark High Intensity Interval Training mixed with cardio and weights. This class focuses on MAX heart rate for optimal results.
WEIGHTS- the focus of "Weights" is on fundamental weight training. This class is formatted in traditional body-building style. It is programmed to highlight specific muscle groups with higher rep schemes (8-15 reps) and lower cardiovascular movements.
